What is Formula?
Formula is a powerful software designed to simply edit, manage and optimise paint formulations.
Developed by a formulator it is the perfect tool for paint development teams allowing to visualise all paint parameters on one screen.
It has been conceived to facilitate the necessary adjustment of paint ingredient quantities needed when developing a formulation. With the integration of tools and solvers, replacing a raw material at constant volume, adjusting PVC, displaying and modifying cumulative weight or total volume have never been so easy.

Since getting Formula software in Fleetwood Paints, paint formulation has become much more simplified, reliable and it is also really easy to use. Along with being a very useful tool, it also brings reduced labour time with the ability to specify parameters where it does all the calculations, thereby potentially reducing the number of trial samples required & removing the risk of ‘human error’ in making calculations . It is very diverse and user friendly & I wouldn’t be without it in R & D.
